POSITION SUMMARY : Provide crop insurance sales and service support to the marketplace Insurance Team and Financial Officers. Assist with timely submission of insurance documents and maintenance of insurance policy files, which may include identification of insurance document index values and/or scanning of documents. Utilize insurance website reports, resources, and processes as needed to assure complete and accurate reporting and to assure reporting deadlines are met to protect coverage. Assist in preparing communications to customers as needed.
