Position
Summary:
The primary purpose of this position is to initiate and coordinate services engagements logistics and project management by:
oProviding quotations and Statements of Work (SOW) to Sirius sales representatives
oScheduling Sirius technical resources
oTracking project metrics for reporting purposes
oProviding Level II Project Management
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
oCollaborate with Sales team, engineers and Brand Directors for Scope development and SOW analysis
oEnsure tasks provided by engineers satisfy all customer requirements included in scope of services
oEnsure all appropriate teams are aware of request and engage resources as needed for complex engagements
oPrepare quotations and Scopes of Work (SOW)Analyzes and processes contract changes requested by customer, sales, or Brand Directors to ensure Scope intent remains and contractual compliance is maintained
oPerform scope revisions
oPerform Brand Director duties on complex multi-brand requests to manage the process and total scope development working with all brands, pre and post sales, and sales team.
oDevelop and analyze custom reports in CRM; Create custom dashboards for Sales team
oDevelops and implements process improvement for Services Operations procedures as well as support all Brands process improvement to meet published SLA's
oProvide total project management/ownership for projects staffed 100% by sub-contractors
oManage sub-contractor relationship
oPerform analysis of client cost and partner cost to maintain profitability
oOpen Air management including:
oProject setup
oApproval of projects
oManage resource assignment
oApprove timesheets and expenses
oAnalysis of projects for profitability
oAssign, establish, and maintain resources and engagement schedules
oEnsure that contracts are in place prior to engagement
oInterface with Sirius' sales representatives and Brand Managers to further define customer requirements on engagements, which may include: service deliverables, project task details, schedules, and timelines
oRecommend Approved Subcontractors to Sales representatives and customers when there is no available Sirius' consultant for an opportunity
oProvide Level II Project Management including project coordination, scheduling of resources, customer communications, development and transmission of project planning documents, ensuring quality of project execution, billing and closure
oDetermine marketability of current service offerings and identify potential service offerings
oAdministration and reporting of consulting team utilization data and monthly forecast data
oServe as Administrator of SharePoint site for Services Operations Project Management
Position Requirements
Basic Qualifications
oBachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science or related area
oAt least 2 years experience in a technical services support role
oSkills in the use of MS Word, Excel, and Project
Other Position Requirements
oDemonstrated technical knowledge of at least one IBM Server Platform (System p, System x, or System i) and IBM Storage solutions required
oDemonstrated skills in conflict resolution
oDemonstrated technical writing skills
oDemonstrated ability to articulate services project knowledge to customers and staff
oDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
oDemonstrated presentation and communication skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
