This position, Early Engagement Consultant, in the Middle Market Direct-Travel Management Account Services Organization will be responsible for leading and delivering a superior client experience to all newly acquired prospects. A new client's first interaction with American Express as their new business travel partner must be seamless. Incumbents will play a critical role in managing all aspects of the end-to-end implementation process. Incumbent will be responsible for driving strategic consultation with the client at both the C-Level and Key Contact Level in effort to shape the client's experience. To do this, the EEC must work with and understand the needs of the client and motivations in order to execute a truly focused customer.
The EEC will be responsible for driving key metrics in effort to support the goals of our organization. These metrics include but are not limited to driving expected sold volumes as well as ensuring that American Express captures 100% of a clients booking potential. This position will require that the individual own the account relationship for up to 6 months to ensure the account ramps up to identified sold volume and is stable. In this position, each incumbent will work closely with different channel owners within Middle Market Direct -Implementations, Deployment, MMD Sales, Client Servicing and Client Management. The most critical aspect of this position is creating and driving the change management and program adoption strategies within the first 90 days of implementation. Early Engagement Consultant will be responsible for monitoring and measuring performance, improve processes, creating value and ensuring the customer experience is exceptional.
