Summary:Preparation, cooking and distribution of food in accordance with approved menusfor patients, residents, retail, and special functions. Properly store food and comply with all regulatory agency policy and practices, as well as Avera St. Mary''s Hospital policy and procedures. In addition to the scheduled shift, a candidate needs to be able to work occasional holidays and every other weekend. Education:High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
Experience:The ideal candidate should have three years of related work experience in fast-food, restaurant, hospitality, or other culinary environment or venue. Knowledge:Ability to read and comprehend menus and recipes. Numerical ability to estimate daily food requirements and calculate recipe changes as needed. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
