Primary Job Function
Meet or exceed sales revenue for assigned territory. Identify and evaluate potential market opportunities. Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales objectives. Coordinate activities with Clinical Specialists, Corporate Accounts and Business Unit. Navigate the hospital environment and influence buying decisions. Keep the company informed about market dynamics and competitive activity.
Core Job Responsibilities
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
1. Sell products to current and potential customers to fulfill revenue and unit growth objectives assigned by company on a monthly/quarterly and annual basis.
2. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
3. Develop action plans by analyzing monthly and quarterly sales figures and reports and identify needs of particular hospital accounts
4. Identify key account, health care professionals and business issues that can have the greatest positive effect on the use of company products. Develop relationships with hospital personnel, make new contacts in other hospital departments to identify key purchasing decision makers in order to facilitate future sales.
5. Strengthen customer relationships and perform sales support activities, e.g. customer training, product updates and launch communications, inventory counts and consignment allocation
Position Accountability / Scope
Reports to Regional Manager and develops and implements sales strategies by determining the relevant factors (e.g. product, competition and pricing needs) of existing and potential accounts and effectively promotes the company's products to appropriate hospital personnel and physician.

Qualifications
Minimum Education
3-5 years of work experience, medical industry preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Bachelor's degree required. Prior experience/knowledge of medical devices preferred.

Prior experience/knowledge of medical devices preferred
Actively engage in clinical, procedural and technical discussions, ability to translate clinical data into economic value proposition
Proven track record and consistent achievement of sales plan and leadership
Ability to build and leverage strong relationships with customers
Account management and ability to build customer strategies and call plans
Exceptional verbal, written and presentation communication skills
Business and financial acumen
Significant Work Activities and Conditions Driving a personal auto or company car or truck, or a powered piece of material handling equipment
