This position may be eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus with a 2-yr commitment! This position is eligible for Avera's Student Loan Repayment Program, which helps you pay off your loans and save money.

Paid for mileage and time traveled! Career Growth opportunities! Job Summary The Occupational Therapist evaluates, plans, and executes medically prescribed care for all ages with disabilities, disorders, and injuries in order to restore maximal functional level in the home setting.
Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care for the population served by Avera@Home.
Education and/or Experience Graduate from an Occupational Therapy program accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE) is preferred.
One or more years' experience in hospital Occupational Therapy, long-term care, or outpatient therapy preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration Licensed in the State of South Dakota as an Occupational Therapist required.
This position requires a valid driver's license and that the employee is insurable by the Avera Health automobile liability insurance carrier.
Work Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:
00am-4:
30pm NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS Pay The hourly range for this position is listed below.
Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
