Responsibilities include timely processing of break/fix tickets, modification of domain accounts, assigning or modifying permissions, setting up client computer profiles, and otherwise ensuring employee computers, software, and peripherals are operational.
Other duties will include, but not be limited to, imaging and deployment of computers, installing and configuring software and peripherals, and creation/deletion of domain accounts.
The successful applicant will provide courteous customer service to state agencies by following up on customer questions and resolving problems quickly and efficiently.
This position will work both independently and closely with a team and collaborate with colleagues and clients to improve request fulfillment processes.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Associates Degree in Information Systems or related field or 2 years of previous work experience in the field of Computer Support is preferred.
Knowledge of:
Microsoft operating system, Microsoft Office, and related products; principles, theories, and concepts of computer science; operation and maintenance of computers and associated equipment; data processing principles and applications; customer service techniques and principles.
Ability to:
Identify and resolve hardware/software issues on various computer hardware platforms; complete work within the assigned timeframes; communicate information concisely and accurately, both oral and written; work in a team environment and independently; learn new technologies as they change over time.
