Experience (10
years) with Technology Implementations @ Ford Motor Company or a comparable discrete manufacturing global enterprise.
Progressive demonstrated experience in IT Strategy, Portfolio Management and solution support processes.
Demonstrated experience in managing Commercial off the Shelf software solutions in large enterprise.
Experience with modern software development practices and able to apply them for optimum results.
Able to comprehend the big picture and the desired outcomes adopting Lean principles.
Ability to work with social partners such as Unions, Workers councils and trade representatives.
Ability to work in a team and partner with Labor affairs, Manufacturing, HR and Payroll business leaders to drive change in adoption of new technology and processes.
Lead the Global Time Keeping initiative to implement technology in US, Canada, UK and Spain plants and parts distribution centers Lead the implementation of Time Keeping Technology for our Model e plants (TEVC et al) Ensure highest standards of Quality and Risk Management for the Portfolio.
Strategy, Plan and Execution respectively for Time Keeping globally.
Lead and inspire a team of 3-4 direct reports and total team size of 15 - 18 to do their best work Primary Interface with technology providers and lead the engagement with respective systems integrators and consulting partners.
Collaborate with Labor Affairs leadership in all aspects of the Technology portfolio Lead the Communications with senior Leadership in developing business case Manage the portfolio financials, budgets, actuals and associated reporting Lead in Culture and Diversity initiatives in Enterprise Technology and the Enterprise 10
years of experience working in Information Technology/ Enterprise technologyo 5
years of Supervisory experience in Managing a team of Software Engineers and Product Teams of the size of 5 - 15.
