Overview of the Position
Responsibilities:
The Director of Expansion Construction develops the mechanisms and measures that allow Bluepeak to meet its strategic objectives as a result of a successful Expansion Construction program.
Working with the Construction Directors and interfacing with the functional program executives within Bluepeak, the Director, Expansion Construction directs a team of Construction Coordination professionals and develops governance, metrics, and measures for assessing performance of the Expansion Construction program over time and works with Construction Directors and functional executives across the business to build scalable processes.

What You Will Do:
Works across the functions to coordinate and communicate critical construction accomplishments and needs Works with the Expansion Construction leadership team and key functional leadership in the business, builds program level reporting that is accurate and timely Identifies resources necessary to collaborate cross-functionally on initiatives that solve mid-term and strategic objectives Works with cross-functional leaders of the business to build, modify and improve expansion construction processes and mechanisms that scale and enable, downstream processes for the Expansion program Proactively participates in construction meetings so as to communicate with staff, supervisors, and other parties involved in the construction project to discuss budgets, plans, and goals Drives review and evaluation of the expansion construction critical processes and develops and manages the Key Process and Quality Indicators for the Expansion Construction program with the goal of continuously improving performance of those processes Works with the Construction contractors/vendors to continuously monitor, measure and ultimately, improve overall performance and quality of the relationships to ensure a collaborative approach to achieving the strategic goals and objectives of the Expansion Construction program Manages a fast paced and growing fiber expansion program while examining and implementing efficient processes and proper alignment of roles and responsibilities to deliver on time and optimize cost structure and to determine and we can achieve cost savings Provides leadership to a team of Construction Coordination professionals who effectively collect and transform data into information that is shared and communicated with the business and contractors Collaborates with regional construction directors on overall construction program performance improvement Champions strategic initiatives required to drive Bluepeak strategic initiatives What You Will Need:
Master's degree or equivalent experience Candidates with proven Program Management Office experience, certifications and/or Construction Management certifications are preferred Upon job offer, must be able to complete a background check and a drug test prior to employment 7
years of experience building collaborative teams in matrix and/or traditional organizational structures, preferably in the Telecom, Fiber, or Construction field.
Fiber Construction experience required Knowledge of FTTH, Copper, HFC and OSP networking, along with a good understanding of external resource sourcing Experience building and leading an organization through design and delivery of critical processes and metrics that help the business scale Advanced computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Power Point); Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications MS Office software, Monday.
