Connection Center Representative Company Name: GoodWill Sioux City This position is responsible for managing the front desk of the Goodwill Connection Center. Will greet and direct all visitors in person and over the phone. Assist with the use of computer software and programs. Identify and resolve basic computer problems. Provide light housekeeping duties. Bilingual highly preferred. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High school graduate/GED preferred, but not required.
